How do we collect your data?
Data collection for contact by e-mail
When you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of
processing your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without
your consent. The data you enter will remain stored until you ask us to erase it, revoke your
consent to its storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry
has been processed).
Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.



Use of analytics tools and cookies
Our website does not use analytics or tracking tools. This means that your behaviour on our
website is not evaluated by us in any way. Furthermore, cookies are not used.


Data collection by our hosting provider DeinServerHost
Other data is collected automatically when you visit the website by our IT systems and by the IT
systems of our hosting provider DeinServerHost (Kirchplatz 17, 66571 Eppelborn, Germany;
"Christian Ralph Hennig"). This is primarily technical data (e.g. your IP address, the Internet
browser used, your operating system and the time the page was accessed), but our hosting
provider may store further information about you. We have no control over this; for more

our website. This data is not merged with other data sources. The basis for data processing is
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or
pre-contractual measures.



Data collection by Cloudflare
We use the Content Delivery Network (CDN for short) of Cloudflare (101 Townsend St, San
Francisco, CA 94107, USA; "Cloudflare, Inc."). A European representative is Cloudflare
Germany GmbH (Rosental 7, c/o Mindspace, 80331 Munich, Germany). The use of a CDN is
necessary to serve our website securely, quickly and reliably to all users, which is we see as
part of our service.
Cloudflare is the recipient of your personal data and acts as a processor for us. This
corresponds to our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f
GDPR not to operate a content delivery network ourselves.
Cloudflare has implemented compliance measures for international data transfers. These apply
to all global activities where Cloudflare processes personal data of natural persons in the EU.
These measures are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Further

Data acquisition through uMap
We use the uMap project (https://umap-project.org/) to provide the online maps on this website.
By embedding an online map on our website, technical data (your IP address, the internet
browser used, your operating system, the fact that you are visiting our website and the time of
the page view) is forwarded to this provider.
